All orders made on the CBD Depot website will be subject to delivery costs.
When we refer to days, these are the days in which orders are processed and dispatched. Our orders are processed Monday to Friday, not including bank Holidays. No orders are dispatched on Saturdays or Sundays.
Orders are sent within 2 working days. 90% of orders are sent same day if ordered before 2pm.
Please allow a total of 3 working days processing time as the processing times stated are our averages, however during busy periods it can take a little longer.
UK Delivery Charges:
Goods provided within the UK are charged at the following rates:
Royal Mail Tracked 24:
Cost: £4.75 + VAT
Expected delivery time: 1 – 2 working days
Royal Mail Tracked 24:
Cost: £2.75 + VAT
Expected delivery time: 3 – 5 working days
Shipping charges are charged on a per order basis, should you place a separate order, you would be charged for delivery on each of these orders. Goods are shipped within the time lines state in the ‘Processing Times’ section above.
EU & International Delivery:
We currently do not ship CBD products outside of the UK.
Delivery to a non Residential address:
We will send your order to the address stated under the shipping address of your order. If you have chosen for the goods to be sent/shipped to a non Residential address (such as a work address or a public locker) then this is solely at the risk of the customer. CBD Depot will not be held liable for any missing packages delivered to a non Residential address, once delivery confirmation has been obtained from Royal Mail (or any other shipping provider used).
Usage of Mail Forwarders:
CBD Depot reserve the right to cancel any orders using mail forwarding services.
What to do if you do not receive your order:
Please understand that some courier/postage delays are out of our control and that we continuously monitor the reliability of the delivery companies that we use so that we can provide the best service for our customers.
PLEASE NOTE – IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT ON THE INVOICE YOU RECEIVE. WHEN USING THE ONSITE CHECKOUT, WE DO NOT PULL ANY ADDRESS INFORMATION FROM PAYPAL OR OTHER PAYMENT PROVIDERS – ONLY WHAT IS PROVIDED TO US AT CHECKOUT.
